  • You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including personal details, travel dates, and payment information.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is typically required at the time of booking. Full payment is due by the specified deadline indicated in your confirmation email or cruise line agreement.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to Cruisesupportbooking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific cruise line.

  • Cancellation fees may apply, and any deposit made is non-refundable unless the cruise line offers a refund as part of their policy.

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cruise line’s cancellation policy and may take up to 90 to process.

  • For cruises booked with special promotions or discounted rates, additional cancellation restrictions may apply.

  • Cruisesupportbooking is not liable for any issues related to travel documents.

6. Cruise Line Policies

  • All cruises are subject to the terms and conditions set by the cruise line. We act as an intermediary between the customer and the cruise line, and we are not responsible for the actions or policies of the cruise provider.
